Cosmetify announced its annual “Hottest Beauty Brands in the World,” ranked according to the following social media and search factors:

• Instagram followers 
• Instagram engagement
• Instagram mentions
• Google searches
• Change in searches

Last year, Huda Beauty was #1—followed by MAC Cosmetics and Anastasia Beverly Hills. See more past rankings, including influencers and “rising brands,” in Cosmetify’s World’s Biggest Beauty Brands 2021.    

So what’s different this year? Cosmetify says the world has made a switch, preferring sustainable brands and natural ingredients in their products.
 
Florence by Mills is now #1, followed by Cerave and Glossier. Here’s the top ten:
